Color Pigment Ink Cartridges

Single use 220 ml capacity cartridges for the Epson Pro 4880 filled with Ink2image color pigment inks that are precisely color matched to the original inks so no new profiles or color settings are normally needed. Equally as archival as the original inks, Ink2image pigment inks have the same warranty against fading as Epson and save over 50% compared to the OEM inks. All Ink2image color inks are freely mixable with the original inks, and our cartridges can be used alongside original cartridges to allow existing cartridge inventories to be fully used up.

Please note: Non-original or re-manufactured cartridges for Epson Pro x880 series printers do not always display ink levels on the machine control panel or in the ink monitor software. This is due to a firmware setting installed by Epson that enables the printer to detect non-original cartridges. This setting prevents ink levels from being displayed and requires the user to 'accept' warnings about non-original inks when they are installed. However, Ink levels are actually monitored by the printer and the printer will stop printing when a cartridge runs empty, so non-original cartridges can still happily be used. This firmware setting was installed to deter people from using non-original inks and was subsequently removed from newer printer models.
