Shipping & Returns
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping costs and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Ink2image wants you to be 100% satisfied with every product you order. We guarantee that all products will be shipped to you free of defects in material and workmanship.
Ink2image will accept authorized returns on unopened merchandise for 30 days from receipt for a full refund on the merchandise only, less a 20% restocking fee. Returned merchandise must be in saleable condition in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and initial Shipping and Handling is not refundable.
If you believe your merchandise was defectively manufactured, please call our Customer Service department. Some items may require technical support to ascertain if you are using them correctly or if you are using them with compatible products. If the merchandise is determined to be defective, an RMA number will be issued.
All returned items are subject to inspection for use and damage before credit is issued. You may incur additional charges if product is returned in damaged condition.
Please open each shipment promptly so issues can be resolved within the 30-day guarantee period.
How To Request a Refund or Replacement Product
At Ink2image, our goal is to make every part of your experience with us a pleasant one. We know that having to deal with a return can be an interruption to your business, and that is why we have implemented a simple process that ensures you will receive your refund or product replacement in a timely manner. Please contact any one of our customer service representatives within 30 days of purchase at 847-827-0747.
Obtaining a Return Authorization Number
Prior to returning a product please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number from a customer service representative. Once the return has been approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Shipping instructions for the returned item(s) will be provided at the time the RMA is issued. Please follow these instructions closely
Types of Returns and What You Can Expect
Ordering Error Claims
We understand that items are sometimes ordered in error and we are happy to help you when this occurs. We simply ask that you return the items, unopened, in the original packaging. We will then re-ship the correct product for the applicable shipping fees plus a 20% re-stock fee to cover the cost of the return. If the original packaging has been damaged please notify the customer service representative when you initiate the return.
Damaged or Lost Shipment Claims
Please take a moment to inspect your shipments when they arrive. If the packaging is damaged and the enclosed item appears to be damaged, it’s important that you keep the original package and call us to file a claim with the carrier. Ink2image will only file claims on orders shipped with Ink2image shipping accounts.
Manufacturing Defect Claims
When a product is thought to contain a manufacturing defect, we may request that photos or samples be provided for evaluation prior to an RMA number being issued.
Ink2image Shipping Error Claims
We ask that you make a claim with us within five working days from the delivery date in order to ensure a refund can be issued or a replacement product can be sent.
Shipping Carrier Policies
These are the published policies and are subject to their specific terms and conditions and may change without notice.
Claims for FedEx shipments damaged in transit, non-delivery, or denial of signature are required within 15 days of the original invoice and the original shipping carton must be retained. FedEx reserves the right to inspect the damaged product to finalize the claim.
Claims for UPS shipments damaged in transit are required within 30 days of the original invoice and the original shipping carton must be retained. UPS reserves the right to inspect the damaged product to finalize the claim.
Claims for LTL (less than truckload) shipments damaged in transit are required within 30 days of the original invoice. These claims must be accompanied by a signed delivery receipt and the original shipping carton must be retained. The LTL service provider reserves the right to inspect the damaged product to finalize the claim. Damaged or shorted shipments must have been identified on the original signed delivery receipt or Bill of Lading when the shipment was delivered.
To ensure proper credit to your account, all returns must be made in their original packaging with all of the original pieces, packaging materials, software, accessories, manuals and all other contained material.
If the returned material is found to be free of defects and isn’t covered by a warranty Ink2image reserves the right to accept the material and charge a 20% restocking fee.
For a period of 30 days from the time an order is received by the customer, Ink2image warrants that all goods shipped from Ink2image will be free of defects in materials and workmanship. This is the sole and exclusive limited warranty offered for products ordered from Ink2image. Ink2image does not warrant any product for suitability, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Ink2image and its officers, agents, and contractors shall bear no liability whatsoever for statutory, general, special, consequential, or tort damages with respect to uses of products purchased, including loss of profits, business, or goodwill. Ink2image shall in no way be liable for any damages for any reason whatsoever that would exceed the replacement value of the material.
- Ink2image will only accept authorized returns.
- All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- RMA numbers are only available through Customer Service.
- Please call 847-827-0747 to receive an RMA number.
- No returns will be accepted without an RMA# on the box or label.
- Ink2image will refund the full amount of the merchandise less a 20% restocking fee on unopened, sealed merchandise only, returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
- No credit will be given until the merchandise has been returned.
- Credits will be processed within 7-10 business days from date of receipt.
